Wave
A regular variation of an electrical signal or acoustic pressure.

Wavelength
The distance between adjacent regions of a sound wave where identical conditions of particle displacement or pressure occur.

White Noise
Noise signal having a continuous frequency spectrum that has equal power for any frequency band of constant width. The spectrum level of white noise increases 3 dB with each octave or doubling of frequency.

Woofer
A low-frequency loudspeaker used with the main loudspeaker
